Effective immediately, there are now two (2) PCS of Separation Forms, one of which MUST be completed for each officer who separates from your agency.  The new forms have replaced the old one under CJA Forms (below).  A letter from Mr. Neill is currently being prepared and should be forthcoming to the SC law enforcement community within a week to 10 days.  To review instructions to assist in completing the new forms, please click on the link below.  A “Guide to Conducting Background Investigations” is also being prepared for mailing and posting on our web page, as well.
